Americans are split: Biden is doing too much for Israel … or too little

Over the seven months since Hamas’s terrorist attack in Israel and Israel’s military response in Gaza, American opinions of the parties to the conflict and the U.S. government’s response have evolved in often subtle ways. New polling from YouGov, conducted for Yahoo News, offers a good example: Americans are now about equally likely to say that President Biden’s response to the conflict has been about right as they are to say that it has been too pro-Israel … as they are to say that it has been not been pro-Israel enough, as they are to say that they aren’t exactly sure what their opinion is.
